Develop your skills by learning from your students.
What can you learn from how your students learn?
You know that your students take in information in different ways, so what are your learning preferences?
Are you best when you can 'just do it', do you enjoy learning from pictures and diagrams or are you someone who loves to listen to information? Knowing how you best take in information can make a huge difference to the success of any training course or learning you experience.
You might like to start with asking yourself these questions:
- What you have learned this month?
- How would you describe the process by which you tend to learn?
- What worked for you and what didn't?
- What is special about you and the way you prefer to learn?
