Changing lives for better
The Vine Trust seeks to make a real difference to some of the poorest children and communities in the world.
Their healthcare and children’s projects in Peru and Tanzania are its key priorities overseas.
Its Scotland-wide education opportunities include:
- School trips to Peru with the opportunity of making a significant difference to some of the poorest people in the country
- Engaging with global development issues onboard their Centre for Global Citizenship barge in Edinburgh
- Joining with young people at the Global Student Forum youth conference to combat global poverty and Millennium Development Goals
Connecting people to change lives is the Vine trust’s aim and through its work it seeks to create ‘ambassadors for the poor’.
